The Process: What to Expect

1. Initial Contact

We are passionate about reflecting how you feel about your business on the inside to your peers and competition on the outside world. Once you contact us, we will begin to assess your needs and if we are a good fit for you!

2. Fill Out Questionnaire & Reserve Session Date

Once we determine your media needs, we will send you a questionnaire for contact information, session preferences, session times available, and a form to place your 25% nonrefundable deposit to reserve your session date. Remainder will be due by session date.

3. Prepping For Your Session

We will determine together a best location for your session and any lighting, backdrops, or wardrobe needs.

4. Sign Your Documents

We will send you photography waivers that bring us to mutual agreements and protection for both parties. We will also have minor release forms to be allowed to photograph any minors! Forms must be completed online before your session date. Employees will need to sign individual waivers.

5. Your Session is Here!

The time is now! You are prepped and ready for your session. We work efficiently with our clients and are trained to photograph dozens of employees, students, and players at one time.

6. Three to Six Weeks: Delivery of Products

Within 3-6 weeks, you will receive a link to an online album to view your products. Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee.

Refund, Reschedule & Tardiness Policy


Reschedule Policy: Session deposits are non-refundable. We want to honor your time and ask that you honor our time. We do our best to give the best experience to all of our clients, but we need to make sure we are able to provide for our family and protect that time with them. All sessions cancelled within a week will have to pay a second non-refundable $150 retainer to rebook. Ultimate cancelations are non-refundable within seven days of your session date.

Refunds: We do not provide refunds for reservation fees, unless the photographer must cancel due to a rare unexpected life event. Refunds are not available unless there is an industry standard quality issue with the images. This includes lighting, graininess, or blemishes like black spots. If a client does not like their headshot, a reshoot can occur but with a $50 reshoot fee.
